    JCI Senator ERLINDA LU COSTALES

A very active Jaycee, she has participated in numerous Conventions, both local and international, and she has chaired a number of projects. She is an asset to the LOM whenever it comes to raising funds. No wonder she was elected as Ways and Means Commissioner in 1995. Also, she is usually a top-seller of tickets whenever the chapter has raffle promos. Her buyers come as far as Ozamiz and beyond. It has happened several times that tickets bought from her turn out to be the winners. She must have a lucky streak in her! She is now JCI Senator #60911.

JCI Senator MA. GRACE BARLISAN FERNAN

She became Bai Lawanen's President (1997-1998) after only two years in the Jaycees! Even before she became President she has had countless contributions to the LOM. She also has a number of awards to her credit. She has attended almost every Convention and Conference in the locality since she was inducted as Jaycee and she has chaired a long list of projects. One such project is the Project:ORT with the Gingoog Cosechero Jaycees, Butuan Frontier Jaycees, Cabadbaran Jaycees, Surigao Nickel Jaycees, Bukidnon Solang-Solang Jaycees, Kagayhaan Gold Jaycees and the Oro Jaycees. It was an information drive on Oral Rehydration Therapy in the areas where the LOM had partnership with. As Chairman of the project, she visited the target areas in just two days. The project would not have been successful without the support of her husband, Allan Fernan. Past President Grace is now JCI Senator #60905.

JCI Senator GILDA ONG OH GO

She is one humble person. Truly, there is more treasure to find than what you see at face value. It was in May of 1986 when Gigi was inducted into the Jaycees - more than enough time to make a mark in Jaycee movement. Since then she has given her unselfish contributions to the chapter, though most of them were undocumented. She was a constant benefactor of Transform a Brother, a scholarship project of Bai Lawanen Jaycees. As Commissioner for International Affairs in 1986, she acted as Liaison Officer for then JCI Vice President Chris Tan. As Liaison Officer, she was in charge of JCI VP Chris Tan's needs ranging from training materials, hand-outs and compilations of chapter information. As a result, JCI VP Tan was awarded as one of the Most Outstanding JCI Vice Presidents of that year. Through her commission, Bai Lawanen was able to sign various sisterhood pacts with other chapters and has strengthened ties with these sister chapters. Through JC Gigi's leadership, Bai Lawanen spearheaded the dissemination of the MET through various fora offered to all Northern Mindanao chapters. This same year, Bai Lawanen won the MET Award in the Nagoya World Congress. Truly deserving of the senatorship, she is now JCI Senator #60904.
